Wanted to share with you my yoga practice, the background on this one is just marvellous really seems like paradise! I feel like yoga is such a big part of my life however I don't really share that a lot in here! Most of the times I always record a more "sexy" type of yoga, but this time I really took the time to properly warm up my muscles, I'm very flexible but it still takes time to be ready to try certain postures.
