Have you seen the Lady Gaga Documentary “Five Foot Two”? I just watched it, and I highly recommend it. It shows we are all human; we desire to be loved; we each have fears, anxieties, and our own issues. This is why it is healthy and sexy to have a day of self-care. Lady Gaga works her ass off and makes magic happen even with her struggles, heartbreaks, and health issues. Watching Lady Gaga in pain from a past broken hip, she self cares about her body, but her strong love of singing and performing pushes her to move forward. She inspires me to keep on moving and doing what I love. Don’t give up, be authentic, real, and live your life fully. What are you doing today for self-care? I am getting back into yoga!
