Do you have a mental illness? Some of the more common disorders are #depression, #bipolar disorder, dementia, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders. Symptoms may include changes in mood, personality, personal habits, and/or social withdrawal. What are your daily practices to control your mental illness? Mine is #meditation, #yoga, masturbation, walking, breathing, and medicine. I take 20mg #lexapro daily, medical marijuana edibles, and I was taking #adderal or #evekeo for my attention deficit disorder (ADD). I enjoyed Adderal when I was on it, but I have been on a journey to find the best medication cocktail to feel my healthy, amazing self. My new psychiatrist subscribed to me to try a mood stabilizer called Lamotrigine. I usually deal with anxiety, and that interferes with making your dreams turn into reality. When mind over matter takes over your brain and thoughts, it's tough to see clearly and moves forward. Do you ever feel this way? Are you on any medications, and how does it affect you? I am still learning how to control my anxiety every day, and it is a daily struggle. Speaking my truth and helping myself and others helps me be a better person and really learn more about myself. Are you ready to be your true authentic sexual self? This week check back for my mental illness challenges with my health insurance, my doctors, and how to survive with mental illness in America and this chaotic world. What are you going to do today to change and be the best you can be? Masturbation is free and fun, so that's the first step to exploring, learning, and loving yourself! @drresa #drresa
