7. A man in Thailand sourcing and building clay bricks from pure clay near a waterfall. Then building an extremely clean and functioning clay oven. 
8. A Heterosexual American couple building their off-grid home site. There was a hay/mud building an rv, wife was building garden area, husband was building pole barn. 
9. A Heterosexual British couple who bought an abandoned convent in France for 450k and were renovating it, uncovering hidden rooms and clearing landscape that had overtaken the medieval ish looking convent.
