I ended up knocking out 10 miles on my walk yesterday but unfortunately landed myself with a bit of chafing. 💦

I felt fine for the whole 10 miles but as soon as I got out of the car when I got home, I suddenly had to walk side-to-side. It was so raw and stung like crazy when I showered off, but it feels a lot better this morning!! Not raw anymore, just ugly. 😂 Hopefully it doesn’t scab over!!

FYI, I wear biking shorts specifically to prevent chafing between my thighs! However I was kept pulling my shorts down at various locations on the trail to take pics for y’all, and once I was really sweaty, it became very difficult to pull them back up all the way because they stuck to my skin. I’m pretty sure this happened because the last time I pulled them up, I accidentally left a small air pocket near my crotch. I believe this chafing is from the seams of the gusset part of my shorts rubbing up against my thighs since they weren’t pulled quite high enough.

Anyway, don’t say I never did anything for you 😂
