✨3 things I’m super proud of 👇🏼

1. My fitness: i spent years with disorderedd eating and using exercise as punishmentt. I have no unhealthyy thoughts about any of it and it’s easy for me to maintain at this point. My health is always first 🩵

2. My relationship. It’s difficult, like many. A long-term relationship will highlight everything you need to work on and i have adamantly.

3. My ascent into my feminine. I’ve grown up reactive, guarded, and unwillingg to receive. I have softened and have been thriving in my delicate, nurturing, loving nature✨
