When I don't set boundaries, it's like I'm being tugged in different directions all at once. 

I start feeling overwhelmed and like there's not enough of me to go around. 

I try really hard to make everyone happy, but I forget to take care of myself. 

This leaves me feeling really tired and burnt out, and it's hard to enjoy the things I really like.

Being an introvert means I have a deep need for personal space and time to recharge. That's why I prioritize nurturing my boundaries.
