Hi guys, just wanted to be a little real with you all. I've been struggling BIG time recently with a lack of focus and a huge issue with sensory overload. It makes me irritable for no reason and it may be ADHD. I've been talking with a therapist to get tools to cope with my sensory issues and am finally getting an assessment in a few days for ADHD. I'm really looking forward to hopefully making some headway on dealing with this. Why am I telling you guys this? Not sure, but it feels good to let people know about it. I hope you'll enjoy this picture of me in pink light that I turned on in an attempt to calm me down. Hope all of you are doing well. There is a great video coming on Saturday!
