Hello loves ♥️

Thanks for giving me a couple of day’s to reset. I’m fully charged up and ready to make lots of content 😊

Happy Monday too, another new week in the world of quarantine. I was definitely feeling stressed last week. It was also my time of the month, and a new season is taking shape in Canada. Sometimes when a bunch of stress piles up, the best thing to do is to just step back and take a break. I know when I try to create content or do anything when I’m stressed, I don’t do as good of a job. It’s also really hard for me to just stop sometimes but I’m getting better at it, and learning how to relax.

Some things that help me relax are,
-going for long walks surrounded by nature 
-listening to soul fulfilling music 
-cooking somewhat healthy and hearty meals 
-playing video games (as long as I’m not raging lol)
-and watching the sunset/sunrise from my windows 

But enough about me :3

How has everyone been doing? I know some cities are starting to relax restrictions and this is a really great feeling :) just please be safe and continue to wash your hands 😘

If you’re having a hard time right now, don’t worry. Most of us are doing the best we can rn and stress is a feeling we can all relate too. We’re all in this together, but seriously. There are billions of humans who can relate to what you’re feeling right now, so please don’t feel alone.

I promise I will try to get live up and running today so we can hang together, but expect lots of pics if it decides to be a bum 😋
