Symptoms may include changes in mood, personality, personal habits, and social withdrawal. What are your daily practices to control your mental illness? Mine is #meditation, #yoga, masturbation, walking, breathing, and medicine. I take 20mg #lexapro daily, medical marijuana edibles, and I finally got off #adderal or #evekeo for attention deficit disorder (ADD). Are you on any medications, and how does it affect you? I am still learning how to control my #anxiety every day, but it is a daily struggle. Speaking my truth and helping myself and others helps me be a better person and really learn more about myself.
