Yesterday I went back to the Er because my arm was hurting. They found a clot but said it's not very deep so I am supposed to use a warm compress and elevate it for the next three weeks and it should go away. 😢 it hurts like a sob and I'm not a baby about pain. Please send good vibes ❤️
