**Who here hit their gym goals in 2021??** 
I’m gonna make my 2022 goals shortly. This was my sticky, taped to my desk all year. I need to test when I’m back to 100%, to know where I ended up - might take a couple weeks. But if I peak and prep for 1 rep maxes… 
I’m 99% confident in my deadlift ✅
92% in squat ✔️
& like 85% in bench lol. 🤷‍♀️
All of this is hard to say but let’s see what happens… I will get stronger this year 💪 I do know that!
