2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 ¾ cups milk
½ cup butter
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
Beat eggs, add milk, butter and vanilla sugar.
Mix in the flour, sugar and salt.
Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Cook the waffles in a waffle iron.
Serve with toppings to taste.
