i find the most comfortable sleeping position for myself is to sleep laying face down on my tummy. this week, i've been trying to change that habit and sleep on my back.
INSTANTLY ON DAY ONE. SINCE MONDAY. I'VE HAD NIGHTMARES EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.
the first night, i finally was able to drift off to sleep then BOOM sleep paralysis demon. woke up and drifted off again. BOOM. sleep paralysis demon. then it happened two more times. A TOTAL OF 4 SLEEP PARALYSIS DEMONS CAME TO ME BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO ACTUALLY SLEEP PEACEFULLY. PROBABLY THE 4 HORSEMEN CAME TO HAUNT ME.
that was the first night. the nights following were just nightmares of demons taking over the world. portals opening in earth and demons of every kind you can imagine, creatures of the dark, monsters, beasts from the pits of hell coming out of the portals. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.
