If you’re a person who works out and wants to chime in I’d love some advice. I accidentally stressed myself out a lot this morning. I was looking through old saved Snapchat videos from August to try and find some vids of me wearing the micro thong that I shot in and it just now hit me how much weight I’ve lost since school started. Like I knew I had lost some weight from stress and just being on a different eating schedule with my classes and all but like it was a lot. Like 10-15lbs. More than what I should be losing especially because I’m not trying to lose weight. I really want to gain muscle and stop losing weight but I feel like when I go to the gym I just lose even more weight.  If you have any tips for healthy bulking id love to hear it
