Speaking of healthy eating.  Here is a naked picture of me with some pants in front of me. This was in 2009, I went all raw vegan and released a lot of weight.  Of course anything we do is tied to our lifestyle choices, I do not eat all raw anymore and over the years my body has adjusted accordingly.  In this picture I was 5'10" and 182 pounds verses now I am about 340 pounds. When you think raw vegan it isn't restricting like you would think with just salads and carrot sticks.  The bacon you see in the second photo I made from y0ung thai coconuts, the ceviche has coconut too and the spaghetti noodles are spiralized zucchini.
