Can I exercise during interval fasting?
In brief, yes. You can definitely train while on interval fasting. But you need to consider various factors such as your age, fitness goals, general health, lifestyle and nutrition to achieve the desired results.
Sports is about health first and foremost.
I'm not against interval fasting. Especially if it works for you.
But you should always take individual advice and think before experimenting, as we are all different and interval fasting comes in several forms.
