Okie dokie we gonna chill on the goals today and just do a regular reshill which is part 2 of the one from yesterday. It's an older tip thread video to kinda get you an idea of what sorta video to expect. They tend to be long, fairly hardcore, and I try to push myself to the limit.

Gonna have a new goal tomorrow though and we'll be adding another twist to it as well.
