Happy Feeder Friday πŸŽ‰ for this week I decided to write a weight gain story. Enjoy πŸ˜‰ 

Sarah had always been thin and active. She enjoyed running, hiking, and playing sports, and never had to worry about her weight. However, after she graduated from college and started working a desk job, she found herself sitting for long hours and snacking on unhealthy foods to stay awake.

At first, Sarah didn't notice any changes in her body, but over time, she began to gain weight. Her clothes started feeling tighter, and she felt self-conscious about her appearance. She tried to exercise more and eat healthier, but her busy schedule made it difficult to stick to a routine.

As the months went by, Sarah's weight continued to creep up. She felt frustrated but for some reason, turned on. She started avoiding social situations where she might be judged by her family and friends. She also noticed that her energy levels were lower, and she didn't have the same enthusiasm for the activities she used to enjoy.

Eventually, Sarah realized that she needed to make a change or embrace this new lifestyle. She started seeing a nutritionist and a personal trainer, who helped her develop a healthy eating plan and an exercise routine that fit her schedule. But she failed to follow her trainers orders. A part of her actually enjoyed the weight gain.

Over time, Sarah began to grow even bigger. Her clothes all outgrown, yet she felt more confident in her appearance. While she still struggled with friends begging her to lose weight, she knew that she wanted to keep moving forward.
