Updated advice for iPhone & android users experiencing issues with the site - 

Try using other browsers if you can’t get media to play and a computer is usually better than a phone. Request the desktop site (see pics above for your device) Clearing the cache and refreshing the page sometimes resolves the problem too. Loading is currently slow while they are upgrading the servers and the code.
