Well this is going nowhere. I spent the past hour trying to get ahold of anyone that could help, but they can't even tell me in general what the reason behind no codes arriving could be. Amazon sucks. Feel free to contact them if you'd like to, but I think it's best to just let them send it back and refund and you can re-purchase the items later to be delivered to my PO Box if you'd like to. I'm so sorry about this inconvenience guys, I believed they can't fuck up such a simple service. 😔
