I said yes to hang with a few girls and go to a male strip show on Friday. I was told there would be no penis shown, but they got mega muscles so at least there's something hard I can look at! 😭

I've also been wrapping up the school term and luckily, I'm ahead of the game on all the schoolwork. I've already planned out a bunch of new shoots to be done before Christmas and there will be a good variety of content being made. I've been working out a lot, but I recorded one of my major lifts and I had mixed feelings on it. I lifted a lot more than I thought I could and I had perfect form, but I just have this belly fat that won't quit. I'm at a point in my fitness journey where I look strong and got good muscle, but the fat just wants to stick around. I've been cleaning up my diet a bit more and focusing on including gut healthy foods and stuff. I have a tenancy to bloat most of the month and it messes with my body dismorphia when one week I look snatched and fit, but the two weeks after that I'm very bloated. Maybe swapping out more sodas for water wouldn't hurt? lmao.
You'll see what I mean in my pics! It drives me crazy having IBS because I either have to eat perfectly clean or end up looking like Nickado Avocado. No in between!
