Yesterday was really good!! Almost hit 4,000 and and the highest stuffed weight I’ve seen all week 🥰 I slept in a lot because I couldn’t sleep the night before so for starting around 4pm I was able to eat a lot. My goal for today is to eat about an equal amount or more 😚 

For anyone who may be concerned about my counting calories again - this is temporary to help me get through the plateau I’m stuck at and I wouldn’t be doing it if I was worried it would affect me negatively. It’s kind of a drag, but at the same time it’s fun seeing it all add up as I eat throughout the day!

Ps I’m a MFP noob (I used Fitbit in the past) so I added everything as snacks 🤪 I’ll try and log better today! 2,950 is the amount the app says I need to gain 1lb a week but I think it’s more than that - we will find out!
