Weight update - the water weight is leveling out and I’ve been maintaining 290/291 for the last couple days!! So that’s a gain of 5 lbs real fat since December 31 😻 May be able to see 295 empty on the scale this month so 300 empty by Valentine’s Day is possible 😝
