bloated belly from tonight!! I have some sad news 😭 about 3 hours after posting about my planned capacity training and stuffing tonight and soon after returning from grocery shop, I was stricken with the most intense UTI symptoms (right after I made my shake 🥲). the aftermath video will go out as soon as I can do the capacity challenge I promised - I don’t want to send out less than expected or anything that feels not up to par. 

It was so painful, I had some antibiotics prescribed for tomorrow to pick up but since it was too late to get them today I just drank probably over a gallon of water along with a few meals (big chipotle burrito, 2 rich soups, a box of 6 frosted mini cakes and crackers and cheese) 💗 send well wishes! 

Hopefully by tomorrow night or Saturday I’ll be able to have all the sugar and caffeine I want - it’s not recommended to have excess of that so sadly THAT much tea and ice cream probably would have hurt me :(
