B) a discussion of an interesting book on sexual or mental health. The first book I really want to talk about is “Tell Me What You Want: The a Science of Sexual Desire and How it Can Improve Your Sex Life,” by Justin Lehmiller. It is easily the most comprehensive study on sexual desire/fantasy from a renowned Kinsey Institute professor. This book fascinated me and helped me immensely. 📚

C) a chill and silly session just shooting the shit and answering questions while I sample candy from around the world (I love snacks and candy, as you can see from my Amazon wishlist) 🍭
