Not a pretty pic but definitely tasty! πŸ₯΅πŸ˜πŸ
Cacio e Pepe, but make it vegan 🌱

1) toast 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper in a pan
2) remove, then sautΓ© minced garlic in some oil, (I also added 3 slices of sweet earth bacon) 
3) add 12 oz of pasta & 5 cups of water to the same pan, let it simmer until pasta is almost al dente (7-9 minutes)
4) add 1-2 cups of Parmesan, and the toasted black pepper  (I used 1 block of violife parm) 
5) mix together until melted! 

For the green beans, I tossed them with some melted butter, minced garlic & pink Himalayan salt and roasted at 425 for about 20 minutes. And added some shredded parm at the end ✨

Pasta is never the wrong answer πŸ˜›
