This is the video that started my anxiety episode a few days ago. Looking at the video now, I’m totally ok, but at that moment, my heart sank and I felt this wave of sadness wash over me. All I could hear in my head was “you’re ugly, you’re ugly”. I don’t want to offend anyone so please understand I mean no disrespect as I don’t think anyone is ugly, but anxiety can have you thinking the absolute worst. I really need to work on getting my self confidence back (exercising is helping me) and it feels good to be this open with people and just share my struggles, my happiness and all that is in my mind🫶🏻
