You must be a member of a gym, can workout 3 days per week religiously and can follow the meal plan I provide for you. This is a 3 month program. 

Most personal trainers charge 30-40 a session. 3 times per week is $240+ a month. I am a fraction of that price and you get everything you need as if you were my peeps al training client.
