also surprise….a weigh-in at the end

so for anyone who didn’t already know: when i started doing yoga in the winter of 2021 i ended losing like 30lbs in 3 months, because that’s what happens when you go from being sedentary for an entire year, to moving for an hour a day LMAO

so, I went from around 190 to 160ish and i’ve been tryna regain my weight back + add muscle at the same time (not much to show clearly) but i’m proud of myself for slowly but surely…workin my way back up

i’ve been binging all weekend n it’s been kinda successful i think
