πŸ’¦ I was EXHAUSTED during/after this workout. We did way too much partying & drinking this weekend for Halloween so my body had to pay the price 😩 But now I feel amazing after making it through this intense aerobic/anaerobic gauntlet. If you can make it through this workout, then PROPS to you πŸ‘Š
